Your favorite community of East Riverside apartments is back with another informative blog post. This week, we’re talking about apps. If you’ve got any room left on your phone, it might be time to download some new apps. Whether you’re looking to be more productive or more entertained, you’ll find apps on this list that can help you out. The app market changes everyday, so it can be hard to keep up if you don’t actively seek out new apps.
Check out the list of apps below, and be sure to share the link to this post with your friends and neighbors at your community of apartments on East Riverside.
If you’re not willing to pay for a podcast app, you’ve probably been cycling through different apps for years. The free ones are just okay, and it’s incredibly frustrating to use a podcast app that doesn’t work perfectly. Folks, we think it’s time to bite the bullet and buy the Pocket Casts app. This is — without question — the best podcast app out there.
The best thing about this app is the smooth interface. It’s easy to get from one podcast to another, and you can even watch video podcasts within the app. The app has settings for daytime and nighttime, so you can be comfortable looking at your screen no matter when you’re using the app. If you’re tired of trying different podcast apps, we recommend shelling out $4 for Pocket Casts.
There are a lot of to-do list apps out there, and some phones even come with to-do list apps that work pretty well. If you’re a busy person who always needs a list, however, you need to download TickTick. The app is especially useful for people who want to collaborate on lists with family, significant others and coworkers. The app lets you share lists and categories of lists with other people. That’s the number one reason to download this app. You might not think you need to share lists with others, but think about how much more accountable you are when you tell other people about the things you have to do?
If you’re thinking of rearranging your furniture or adding some new pieces to the mix, you should first download Housecraft. This app uses the iPhone (or Android) camera augmented reality feature to show you what your house might look like with some new furniture. You can drag and drop furniture into your room and see exactly what it will look like before you buy it or move it. This is the future of home design, and it makes things a whole lot easier.
The last app on our list won’t help you be any more productive, but it will provide hours of entertainment. Blackbox is a puzzle app that uses the various sensors on your iPhone to crate really unique puzzles. You’ll swipe, flip, rotate, and spin your iPhone to get through the puzzles. The app won the Apple Design Award in 2017, and it’s as beautiful as it is fun. You’ll be challenged, but you’ll be so engaged that you’ll hardly notice how hard these puzzles actually are.
That concludes our list of apps! Thanks for taking some time to read this post, residents. We hope you enjoy these apps, and we hope you come back in a couple weeks to read the next blog!
